How long does it take to install an ASHP?

This will depend on how large the system you require is and the access to your property, timescales can vary for an Air Source Heat Pump installation. Typically most installations are completed within 2 working days once a survey has been completed.

How much space is required for an ASHP?

An Air Source Heat Pump needs to be located outside in the open air and sufficient space must be allowed around the unit (1000mm from front and sides, 300mm from back) so air can flow freely into it.

How noisy is an ASHP?

The BUS will be open to properties located in England and Wales. Homeowners can claim £7,500 from the government to help towards the cost of installation.
